API messaging layer outage Monday 10th September 2018 21:42:00
Between 21:42 and 22:07 UTC messages between our API and TV endpoints failed to be delivered. We have identified the cause of this are working the third party that provide this component to prevent this issue occurring again.
We have identified the root cause of this outage and have made provisions to avoid similar issues in future.
