Channels data failing to load on some TVs Wednesday 1st August 2018 16:10:00
Approx 10% of requests to our channel API are failing resulting in TVs that are rebooting during this time missing channel info. We are investigating
We have monitored this issue overnight and seen no issues. If you have a TV with missing channels, please reboot it and confirm all of the channel load on reboot
Error rates have returned to normal. We will continue to monitor
We noticed two of our server fleet had not loaded the latest db schema, we have taken them out of production whilst we investigate why. Service is currently operating normally
