Our RADIUS servers are not replying to auth requests in a timely manner. Investigating, next update within 15 mins

This issue appears to be related to scaled compute capacity not being added into the load balancer target group as expected. We have added this manually for now and we'll raise a ticket with AWS relating to the underlying issue. All service look normal at this stage

An issue with the load balancer has been found and a new load balancer swapped in whilst we investigate why connections were not being passed through to the AAA servers. Service is returning to normal
