We are currently seeing elevated error rates in the API. This is currently under investigation and further updates will be posted here
This issue has now been resolved following the latest fix being implemented
The error rates relating to this issue have now decreased, and we are currently monitoring having implemented a fix
This is still under investigation and a further update will be posted in the next 15 minutes
We've identified the error to be due to a previous scheduled DB failover and we're currently investigating why the worload is not being distributed amongst the new nodes. The next update will be posted here
